Terms of use
mbpayday.online is a free app made by Matthew Broyer. By using it you agree to these terms.
Use it as you like
You can use the app for personal or work purposes at no cost. Please don't try to disrupt the site or use it to harm others.
Your data is your responsibility
Your data lives in your browser on your device. If you clear your browser data, switch browsers or lose the device, it can be lost. Use Data → Save backup now regularly to keep a copy.
Estimates, not advice
Pay, overtime, tax and take-home figures are rough planning estimates. The app uses simplified federal tax brackets, approximate state rates and the overtime rules you enter. Real paychecks depend on your employer's payroll, your W-4, local taxes and the wage laws that apply to you. The app isn't tax, payroll, accounting or legal advice, and a difference between your records and a paystub isn't proof of an error. Check anything important with your employer, a payroll or tax professional, or your state labor department.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Matthew Broyer isn't liable for losses arising from using it, including lost data.
Changes
The app and these terms may change. The current terms are always on this page.
